Merry Chrismas y Felíz Navidad!

Ok everyone, this is the special Christmas edition of my blog. I havn´t written anything in I think like, over a month, so I´ll try and make this a good one.

First off, I´d like to give a couple belated birthday shoutouts to David Missal and Todd Thoreson. I hope that they were totally dominant, and also I´ll see if I can bring you guys something totally wicked awesome on my glorious return.

Anyway, moving right along...Here´s some new stuff with me. First off, Yo Estoy Castigado, which means that I am totally grounded again...more or less. Anyway, the story about this is actually kind of cool. So I went out running with another exchange student the other day, and I came back like, twenty minutes late, which is pretty late for my hoast mom. So this is how it went down: I´m a complete saint compared to my hoast brother and his cousin (who´s still living with us) in the eyes of my hoast mom and at first, she didn´t want to ground me, but my hoast brother´s (yes, to me they are both hoast brothers) kept nagging my hoast mom and saying that I should be grounded for coming home late, because they got grounded for doing the same thing. Lame I know but they got the better of her, and I am now grounded for the weekend. But here´s the cool thing, we all are going to Guayaquil, a city on the coast this weekend for Christmas and my hoast mom pulled me aside and told me that she knew this, and that´s the reason she ¨grounded¨ me, just too keep brothers at bay.

Anyway, so that´s that story. What else...Well I started giving a friend guitar lessons. I guess that´s going pretty well. She is going to teach me to dance to salsa in return, but we havn´t started that yet. Oh and speaking of dancing, I´m doing this big dance routine thing in my school for a Christmas parade sometime this week. So I´ve been having practices during class everyday which is pretty nice. I think the style is like, some kind of folk dance, but it´s pretty cool and I don´t have a problem doing it so that´s good.

Moving on to other stuff. I was supposed to play and sing a song in front of the whole school this morning...I totally didn´t know about this. My English ¨teacher¨ told me everything in english, which she doesn´t speak so well, and asked me if I would want to play for the seventh and eighth grades, and I said sure. Anyway, I came to school today with my guitar and I was told that I needed to play and sing this morning at 7:00! Well, my voice doesn´t work until at least eleven, so I just played about a third of a fairly interesting acoustic song instead. Anyway, that´s that story.

I´m having trouble thinking about stuff that´s happened other than the last few days, but oh well. Anyway, due to present circumstances (meaning my memory lapse) I will draw this entry to a close now. I think I´ll end this by saying that first of all, I still like the funk group Jamaique, secondly I need to go to the bathroom, thridly that I figured out how to play the bootleg dvd´s on my computer (it was a lot easier then I like to admit), and fourthly Merry Christmas to everyone out there, I hope you all have a good one!

Hasta Luego, I remain truly all of yours!
